Really helpful. The other think I might add is stay relaxed which is easily said and not so easily done.

syncing speed me up big time. Hearing ahead helped me a ton. I recommend hal galpers forward motion because that really makes music fun :) I'm gonna try the pull of hammer on excercise. I practiced the barry harris chromatic scale in that way and that already made playing fast so much easier. Great Video Cheers.

Playing the Giuliani classical guitar broken chord exercises with a pick are a really good option for the 5th trick. Great string crossing exercise.

Great video - love no#1 - like the idea that you don't let the velocity of the piece set your tempo! Great players have a great feel for the groove...plus no#3 - there is a whole other musical world when you slow Parker's heads and lines down ...

These are all great. I think relaxing is one of the most important ones, especially since at first the tendency is to tense up. I think it’s not just relaxing, but relaxing as much as possible. The more relaxed, the better

The problem is: when we play slowly,two or four notes is enough for minute ;D but playing fast,we need much more notes so,question is what to play when we want play fast/a lot notes.
