@@thedumbdino9224 The game runs between 55 to 60 fps but the sound crackles a bit. Not a huge problem but I wish I could find a way to fix that. I tried again with the GOG 1.6.9 version and it worked, it just needed to be installed on a PC first then moved to the phone. I managed to install java in the container but I still can't run Slipstream mod manager. I tried pre-modding a game on PC but it still doesn't seem to work. I wish I could play with the Multiverse mod. It just crash after a (very) long loading time

@@CrayonMechant cracklibg sound may be fixable by tweaking between wine and native windows settings but I cant not guarantee you it fixes it. I know about the java thing too, I actually got hyperspace running by doing all steps on phone too. Slipstream runs by using a secondary app, I could make another part soon but its going to be nerdy and complicated. Multiverse doesnt run due to the "chewing gum and ducttape engine" of ftl and its terrible memory Management that loads every piece of data into memory. Any phone belog 6gb of ram cant run this for sure, sadly mine only has 4 and I could not try it but theres also another issue related to the gpu which will probably eliminate multiverse. Thankfully you can run smaller hyperspace mods. Soon enough there will be a way to run FTL (including mv) on phones but I can not tell you more details yet. Drop your opinion if I should make a second video about modding and sorry for the terrible grammar, I wrote all this on phone)

@@thedumbdino9224 I'll try playing with the settings and see if that fixes the sound. You managed to run Slipstream?! Please do another video tutorial, even if it's nerdy and complicated haha! My phone has 12Go of ram so maybe I'll manage to get Multiverse working? Anyways, even having Arsenal+ or minors Hyperspace mods would be a blast Edit: I fixed the crackling sounds thanks to your advice!

Figured it out. On the samsung s23 ultra for some reason folders are "locked" so apps don't have access to them regardless of whether they have permissions or not so you'll need to edit your container, slide over to drives, and make a new folder for it to access

Reworked the control skeem with some minor tweaks, been able to get all Type A ships (except crystal for now). Thanks a lot for this tutorial

Hab es bereits geschafft, sogar mit hyperspace. Jedoch hat ich momentan viel Arbeit mit schultests und kam nicht dazu. Das video wird spätestens in den Weihnachtsferien gemacht 👍

Meins läuft auch auf android 13 (lineage os) und habe das schon auf huawei und xiaomi hinbekommen so wie im tutorial gezeigt. Ich weiß nicht wie ich helfen könnte. Wo hängst du genau? Kannst mich ja auch mal auf discord anschreiben "thedumbdino"

Running multiverse is not possible, there are issues with wine and the memory bandwith which makes it impossible with FTL's terrible memory Management.

Didn't try but it should work actually, idk about Controlls though. You are better of running a modified itb apk than thid method

Slipsteam wont work, you'll need to patch before or import a java package directly and alter the script (way harder than patching externally)
