Just got done practicing the basic intro. I have it memorized and can play at an ok speed. Plan on coming back here and picking up the rest slowly. I feel accomplished considering I have never actually tried to play a guitar before.
Hey man! Love your videos. It's like, everytime I go to find a tutorial for a song that I really like, your videos pop up! Haha, I all out love what you're doing. Keep it up man! Love from Sweden.
Love that body finish and color. So sick. I have a jackson dinky that's similar but the pattern in the wood on yours is gorgeous compared to mine. Mine has a maple neck tho. Also rocking an emg 81 as well!! Thanks for the video.
I love your tutroials, and I don't even play the guitar. I just love litening to you playing music by Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin they are my two favourite bands :) keep up the good work man!
just in case you dont already know due to the time of this post. U know how you tune to the fifth fret in standard just tune it to the seventh and when you hit both strings it should sound like a power chord
Awesome tutorial. I'm just wondering if you are even able to put up a I Hate Everything About You tutorial, because I've heard several people say that it's a copyrighted song, and that's why they aren't allowed to put the Live at the Palace song for it. If that made sense.
Hi! First of all I need to thank you about teaching the exact songs that I like :) But I've a problem with muting the other strings while doing the power chords using 3 notes on the same fret, how should I mute the 3 other strings?
I am new I just wanna make sure this is right so my tuner has: #, G, F, E, D, C, B, A. and then a light which means it's too low/ A period which means its just right and another light which means it's too high so to get Db I need to tune it from a E to a D to make it sound lower right? Then get it on the light which means it's too low so it is a flat? I know this is confusing and consuming your time but I really appreciate it.
Wondering if you could possibly do Here's to the Past by A Day To Remember Its a really great song :) and i think most people would like to learn it Thumbs up so he can see!!!!
practice makes perfect. I know its an over-used saying, but seriously you need to put the time/effort in to get better at any instrument. you'll be amazed by what you can achieve. I started with drums and have been playing for 12 years...always wanted to play guitar but felt like it was out of my league but here I am playing this song in its entirety.
It sounds better in drop d if you ask me and this guy is strumming way to fast you can get better results for this song he’s good but is rushing the song
