Thanks mate! It is in Db (or C#) tuning. Drop all the strings half step down, then another whole step down for the lower E string. Or, if it is easier to understand, drop d with another half step down to all strings

@@Imagoddamnmenace No, it's not a joke, he's inarguably out of tune. Just listen to those open chords he hits in the chorus, it's not supposed to sound that dissonant because he's out of tune. Also the sus chords you can also hear the dissonance. It sounds awful and if you don't think it does, then you don't know what you're talking about.
