Thanks for this build! Rennala is my favorite boss from the game, and like her my tarnished is an astrologer, so I can use this in DND to emulate my character in Elden Ring. (also protip for fighting against as an intelligence build: use Rock Sling. It deals tons of strike damage that she has no resistance, damages a lot her poise and can be boosted with the meteorite staff in your left hand while you cast with a better one in your other).
It is homebrew, but there is technically a spell "Widogast's Transmogrification" at 6th level as a Wizard-exclusive, courtesy of Critical Role, that's almost a 1-for-1 with Rennala's power of rebirth. I'd say that it's at least in the same bracket of pseudo-canon as Blood Hunter in that it's widely accepted as usable even if other homebrew isn't. And, with that, you wouldn't risk your ability to ever cast Wish again (though it does inflict 1 Exhaustion on both you and the recipient, takes an hour, costs a bit of money in Materials, and can only benefit a given person once per year.) Maybe pick that up at home if the GM's cool with it? Also. Here is a free attempt at homebrewing Rennala's Full Moon I guess, since I have nothing better to do with my time! *Rennala's Full Moon* _9th-level evocation_ _Casting Time:_ 1 action _Range:_ 1000' _Components:_ V, S _Duration:_ 1 Round You enshroud yourself with a full moon, veiled in occult mystery. Upon activation of this Spell, you gain Resistance to all damage, cannot be Charmed, Frightened, or Incapacitated, and impose Disadvantage on Attacks against you, for one round. Additionally during this time, you and all allies within 30 feet of you gain Advantage on Saving Throws against Spells, and any Spell that makes a targeted attack check against you or any of your allies within the area automatically fails. At the start of your next turn, you may target a 30 foot radius sphere within range. The sphere spreads around corners. All targets within that area are dealt 16d8 force damage and 8d8 bludgeoning damage, or half of that on a successful Dexterity Saving Throw. Additionally, targets that fail their Saving Throw against this Spell have Disadvantage to Saving Throws against subsequent Spells you cast for 1 minute after taking damage. This effect can be dispelled early, by a Dispel Magic or similar effect targeting the affected creature, as per a Dispel Magic used against an ongoing 9th Level Spell. Because this Spell draws magic into it, it is particularly difficult to negate its initial casting. Ability Checks made to Counterspell this spell are made at Disadvantage.

In the world of betrayal and tragedy many characters break on the weight of dread, let me tell you the story of the one queen that will see you be reborn anew again and again when you realize how awful your current build is or that you put that one point in the wrong place. Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, became a marvel of the local Howards with her magic of the moon, assended to leader of said academy, was so damn good at war that she scored a demigod as husband; which is a clear violation of the balance of Miyazaki's world so she lost her daughter, her husband and the members of her academy turned against her! breaking her into the goal to revive her daughter (we really need a trustworthy ear to listen our tales to get over them, just like Tangle the lemur would cut her own chaotic nature to lend a shoulder and become a supportive listener when you need it the most, as I need a build for her! Sir Tulok, please!) love is maybe the one thing keeping her in this world, and with the care from her watchful daughter, maybe one day there might be a good ending for this story... yeah, i don't buy that either.

To be fair, summoning 24 wolves isn't an awful use of your 9th level spell slot as long as the enemy doesn't have fantastic AoEs or resistance/immunity to non-magical damage. Pack Tactics and sheer quantity will overwhelm foes. Just make sure you have a macro to handle rolling all those attacks and damage dice quickly
You might have an easier time recreating Renalla using the Spheres of Power system for Pathfinder 1e. It’s pretty much designed for this sort of stuff.
okay, not to be that guy, but why no multiclass into circle of stars druid? Hear me out: Access to guiding bolt (which is a both a good spell regardless AND easily flavoured as a glintstone attack), your archer starry form makes for a good glintstone pebble you can freely spam... Oh and druid spells, such as conjure animal and MOONBEAM... yaknow, because she is literally renowned as 'Queen of the Full Moon'. If you only dip three levels into it, you can still get the wish spell and stans for trans rights
Solve the AC problem and make her even cheesier (in good way) by taking a single level of Moon Cleric for heavy armour proficiency. You have the wisdom for it. Also the moon is made of cheese.
I honestly thought you would multiclass into circle of stars druid, especially when you mentioned that you still needed to summon wolves, but I also never played Elden Ring so what do I know.
