I just bought my guitar and as a Bryan fan this is the song I wanted to learn, I thought my guitar isn't working but seems I need to pick the strings faster lol, thank you for this tutorial and bring more from Bryan please, if you can make an acoustic of Thought I'd died and gone to heaven I'd be grateful

Nice tutorial thank you. Two small points if I may. The D chord without the high E string is not a power chord, it’s D sus 2. Also, everyone in the UK calls the bridge the middle eight. Not just the Beatles. Thanks though, I’m going to give it a go.

A suspended chord replaces the third with either the major second or perfect fourth. So to be a Dsus2 you would need the open high E (the major second). Without that high E, you’re only playing the root and the fifth, so it really is more or less a power chord.

I really like how you break your lessons down. Bryan Adams did an acoustic version of Heaven live in concert. Think maybe you could hit a lesson on that version?
