Does your point marker start on the squad token every season? Or does it stay on the spot where you ended last season?

hi! What do you mean with "roll the dice to determine the order" when 2 or more players have the same amount of squad strength after 1 season? Does this mean the person with the highest dice roll wins and can take a SuperCup card or can both players take a card?
