That’s tough! I’ll try to add some tips in future videos but my best advice would be practice a lot and go very slowly. Just get the 4/4 rhythm going and sing and play very slowly.

Try to play and have a conversation, start with Talking about whatever or try reading a page of a book or magazine, it'll feel like your tapping your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time and it'll be wonky... But trust me if you feel that way your making progress just push over the hurdle and practice it every time you play
