Today I show you how to perfectly poach an egg. Poaching eggs may seem difficult - but it's actually incredibly easy. Once you know a few simple tips, you'll be able to poach an egg to perfection every single time. Even a beginner will be able to make them with ease. The egg whites on the outside are firm, with an oozy yolk in the centre - The perfect breakfast. Enjoy!

My tip, for 1 or 2 eggs, put the table spoon of vinegar in to a glass with a bit of water and crack the eggs in to it for as long as it takes for your water to boil. The vinegar in both cases emulsifies the whites and helps it retain it's shape, then plop it in to the water. The cool water will drop the temperature of the boiling water in the pot, so, bring it back up to a boil and then reduce heat. For more eggs, use a bowl and a bit more vinegar :) Happy to see a mew video How To!
