How to polish chocolate moulds and paint them!
Use a food grade strong alcohol like isopropanol and always polish more than one time! Let your coloured cocoa butter set in between each layer you create.

Thanks for another video! I have the molds. I have the chocolate. I need the colored cocoa butter and a reliable recipe for pate de fruit. Can you use straight vodka to polish the molds?
