1)Hey Brent, I got a question from the student about the cock position. Saying that why can’t the arm become 90 degrees, which is vertical to the ground. Instead, the 3X program says that it’s better in a 45 degree. Would this degree make a pitcher to the flat arm syndrome?
2)How would you differentiate 3x pitching from pushing/jumping off the mound in regards to the back leg?
