Buddy this guy has no clu what he’s doin mark my words you are gonna have so many cracks after the winter this guy did not give u one expansion joint during the winter when it froze its gonna crack he put it on dirt with no sub base and if u dint believe me just google it he should have made small boxes so it’s flexible in the winter horrible 17 yards and just passed a middle edger what a joke 1 winter two tops before it’s cracked rebar or not pathetic

And he’s gonna say he used a middle edger to divide it up it should have been pressure treated wood put there just cause he passed the edger in there does not mean it’s gonna crack in the line neither does the right way to do it but u have way better odds doin it the right way research next time u hire some one to do work just don’t trust them thinking they no wat there doin and if he says anything about guarnteee he’s lying u can’t

We do commercial pads in the Eastern US... We just leave it to weather off. I would think a home owner might appreciate the extra touch to clean the hazy film. Odell does fantastic work.

It normally dries clear if it doesn't it will where off in a few months

I went there a few times when I was in Vegas.

Broom give a nice even non slip finish. Road float flattens it out

@@cntslesfabrication ya HOA is a pain. not worth it in my opinion but if RV access was seriously needed, it could happen.

You could use a driveable lawn. Basically it's a honey combed grid the grass grows around

It's not all bad -- there are some multi-million dollar homes. Between the 91 and Ontario isn't too desirable though.
