Very good timing because Pope Francis has recently set Fr David Waller, a former Anglican priest and current Catholic priest to become the first bishop of Our Lady of Walsingham Ordinariate.
Thank you for this excellent and most informative review. I’ve been using this for a couple of years now and cannot rate it highly enough. Your British and Commonwealth viewers, of which I am one, may be interested to know that since the accession of King Charles III to the Throne the prayers for the Late Queen have been updated in the reprint to our new King, which was a welcome surprise when I purchased another copy, as it was getting a little tiresome having to remember to stop and change it in my head as I prayed the office.
Got a copy from CTS a couple weeks ago and have enjoyed getting into a rhythm with Morning and Evening prayers. Thanks for touching on the optional sections towards the front and proper ribbon placement.
Hi, the Ordinariate of Our Lady of Walsingham have done a series going through this exact process, maybe you could link that playlist in the description
Started this Aug 1 2024. After 1 month of praying LOTH. . surprisingly I miss the Hymns from the LOTH. I have ordered the Hymns of the Devine office in paper back. Are there any other appropriate hymnals you would recommend?
@@ConvincedCatholicism Thanks . Your videos are both helpful and insightful. On the office of daily worship. Am I missing someone or , are their no antiphons for the psalmology in the daily Psalm or Psalm 119? Is it only the cantinanls of Mary and Zacharia that have Antiphons?
do you have an email that I could use to contact you? I have a copy of the AOB 2nd edition that I had used quite a bit in the past but haven’t been using much recently which I wouldn’t mind sending to you so you could review it
I'd love to see a review of this volume. I've been debating between the AOB 2nd edition, the DW:DO, and the Monastic Diurnal to compliment my BCP office. They all look fantastic, but alas ... are not cheap.
