You dont allow aggressive behavior, etc? .... maintaining order is important in a civilized society..... however there is freedom of speech and tone is important in relaying the facts. My observation is "officers of the court" tend to serve themselves and the court and forget to represent their client. In order to serve as a court officer.... you are a part of the club.... which makes it a conflict of interest in representing your client..... in some cases...... if not all.
