Hi my name is , Mark Miller , i was injury on my job fell off a 12 ft ladder had two surgery. Arm,and lower back . I have two lawsuit . W. C. And a 3th party case.on the personal injury case . What if you had a Mediation and your attorney leave you out side didn't let you that it was mediation but after the other party's left my Attorney say too me they make a offer and I should agreed to it and the judge would talk to me they told me the offer is a $100,000 and I should take it because the insurance company is in liquidation and I can't get a penny more. And out of the 100 I will get 30 I refuse to settle for that . I say let's take it to trial. My Attorney say the will judge will dismiss it need your advice please
How did it turn out? I have an upcoming mediation conference next month. The dates been changed now 3 times. Not to mention its been over 4 yrs for my injury now. And about 5 mnths ago they started giving me offers. Its just aweful!!! My lower back will never be the same!! 😥😔😞
@@glennmayell875 not good. I ended up settling for pennies. My attorney said it was my word against theirs and altho i can take it to trial I could end up losing all together. So I settled for pennies. I didnt have any support from anyone, and sadly losing my mother just 10 mnths ago I gave up. Don't give a crap about anything anymore. So , now Im poor collecting social security disability and still taking Tremodle for my pain and about to get my second Ablation. Its so sad that Im disabled for the rest of my life and will live with this til the day I die. 😪. My only hope is Jesus to heal me.
Never go to mediation unless u have a good faith offer before. Just tell them they have 30 days to pay what your asking for and if they don’t then it’s gonna keep going up every month. Don’t fall for the bs
