Nice, detailed video.Keep up the good work and thank you for helping us. Question: If you are printing on a white shirt, is it still necessary to print your white ink?
My prints, especially white-only ones, after pressing keep sticking very hard to the film. They are cold, 25 degrees celsius in the shop. What can I check if I do wrong?
Good morning. How are you? Thank you for your efforts. I will start with the same project learned a lot from you. I wish you success. May God bless you with His grace. I need the names of the companies to buy three devices that are used by the same printer, a melting machine and a thermal machine And sites for ink, powder, wholesale papers, shirts and pullovers Waiting for your response❤
This is a cymk "UV printer"? It UV cures the ink for DTF? If so, curious on a budget model, expected cost? It accommodates white ink? I saw diy'ers using basic normal ink printer setups & i know very little, but those ink dyes probably fade quick. I'm used to laser prints with powder pigment for color, which does better for sunlight.
@@WHOLEPRINTING ok, i saw another of your videos & one other to clear it up somewhat for me. Yeah not sure what uv dtf printers are purposed for. But a stand-alone DTF printer is a headache to maintain even for A small business. I will consider if a white toner printer is up to it, though it costs more in ink/toner and print sheets. Trying to do image transfers on art items.
The print came good on T shirt as it was white t shirt, if it was any other dark color, it would have looked like fade as the white ink does not seem to be on the back of prints, I have the same issue, even after doing multiple troubleshooting, white ink is not getting printed on back of prints
Hi, grate videos. I have an epson L1800 converted to DTF but fried after 2month trying to clean the head. How long do you have this one a3+ and do you have problems with the white color blocking your printhead. How do you avoid cloging?
Hello thanks! We are currently experiencing the same problem with one of our models. We are working on solutions. If ever and when ever we find the solutions we will make a video friend:)
@@WHOLEPRINTING I think DTF is a big problem right now, I don't think buying a new printhead every time we get a cloging printhead is a solution. Until big companies like epson or brother finds a way like the DTG has white ink circulation inside the printhead. Till then I will avoid DTF (that's my opinion). Also very informative videos and motivational, keep going...
Nice video my brother! Question I am having a problem with feeding In my dtf printer I really need help because it’s not going through it’s sticking I emailed you my number
Hello! we sell some on our website: wprinting.ca/collections/dtf-inks-direct-to-film-inks/products/premium-a3-11-7-x-16-5-direct-to-film-dtf-transfer-film-pet-heat-transfer-paper-sheets
I understand your rage... We felt this way many many times! But in our personal experiences we are grateful to have pushed on and kept trying and troubleshooting the printer's to the best of our ability. I still find it incredible to this day; how you can print a full color image and print it on something from your own home. The technology is far from perfect and will evolve in the future. I wish you the best of luck and happy printing :)
I’ve completely stoped using my Epson SC-F2000 to do DTG and using it 100% to print DTF instead. Just to not have to have the hassle to pretreat. Nice powder trick 👌🏻 First time I seen a video on you channel, good job 👍🏻
