Thank you! Your video got me printing in 5 minutes. I'd wasted 45 minutes trying to intuit from written instructions how to print using the same printer but after we switched routers from satellite to fiber optics.

I decided to see if I could find instructions to do this, thinking it may be too difficult for me & that I may have to pay through the nose to have my computer tech shop to do the connection, but your instructions were awesome, very easy to follow & understand. My landlord Text me a picture of my lease and I had to print it in order to sign it. I was like 'huh?' ! I looked at my phone like it's an alien 👽! Lol So I came onto youtube and your video pops up. The top margin is cut off when I try to print something. It's important that it doesn't cut off because it's for a shipping label, and the address is cut off.

If I need to print multiple pages from my Android that are formatted with letter and legal sizes how do I get my laserjet to automatically detect the page sizes of pdf docs? I have two trays formated with the correct page sizes. I have a MFP M426FDW and I have the HP plugin and HP Smart app but I can't figure it out. Please help!!!

Hi Eric, I came across your tutorial and I'm struggling with my HP Deskjet ink advantage 3788. So the thing is, I was printing a document but the ink got finished. After I replaced, I expected the printer to continue from where it stopped but instead, it starts printing right from the beginning again and I don't want that. Please I need help with this

Thanks I was able to print from my phone. A couple of steps I have to repeat each time I print, but now i know what to do. A suggestion it would help if you go through the steps slower, I had to stop or back up video to go through the steps. Thank you.

It's April 2024 and this is what worked for my Android devices: 1 Download HP plugin 2 Connect directly to the printer via WiFi (NOT WiFi direct. I had to get off my internet mesh network and choose the printer) 3 Share or send the document to the HP plugin (instead of Whatsapp, Viber, etc) which will give the various printing options (when I try PRINT it wouldn't connect to the printer).

I'm trying to print from my cell phone with a cord connected to a an Epson Stylus C88+ printer. It says searching for printer. It has a list of printets - mine wasn't on it. I gave up on that and tried to add the printer and it said you can't add a printer. I'm using a print app and a print adapter. I'm wondering if my printer is new enough.

Put bluetooth on (phone), put location on (phone), put WiFi on (phone) click on hp smart app & make sure printer says it is connected/available at the top. If not click on printers WiFi button to turn off and then press again to turn back on. Both printer & phone need to be connected to same WiFi network. This should all hopefully help & work. If printer says unavailable still on hp smart app, click on get support, follow check list & click on how do I do this if stuck.

With iPhone I didn't download anything and it came up automatically, but everyone else in the house has android and it's horrible with android you need an app and a PIN code apparently- is there an easier way? Like AirPrint

Our phone also says that the Printer is Not Available in the central portion of our screen. When you click the three dots and go down to "Print", the name of your printer should flash at the top margin of your phone screen. Tap on the name of the printer. Your phone might show the name of the printer at the top of your screen for a 2nd time after that. Tap on the name of the printer for a second time, and the Print icon should appear for you to tap. It is a yellow icon on our Samsung Galaxy. Tap that icon, and your document should print.

Printing works but it prints everything on 1/4 of the paper. It’s only using the top left corner of the paper. 🤷‍♂️

I bought this printer ru-vid.comUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 to replace an aging HP printer. It is just used for casual home printing so I don't need anything more. Installation went easily though the HP Smart Printing doesn't work well with our laptops - having to select the actual device. Will have to see how the HP Instant Ink program works out. Plus haven't been able to set up printing from smartphone yet - either direct or WiFi

Sir you assumed your viewers had their printers connected to the network. Yes your printer shows it's wireless, if it's not ON the network you are not on the internet. I don't really understand all the vocabulary.
