This particular app is not in the app store, Just iMazing editor and iMazing converter. I see this was 2 years ago and maybe is not available anymore. If I am mistaken let me know.
Hi there! The amount of space needed depends on the size of your backup, but you should know that backups are always substantially smaller than the reported disk usage on your device, mainly because they do not contain the Operating System, Apps & Media Library. Here is more info: imazing.com/guides/what-data-is-included-in-an-ios-backup
@@DigiDNANetOfficial Hi. I bought it and I m amazed on how easy it is. 240 pages saved. Can you pls tell me if it is possible to also save Skype messages? or fb messages? thx
iMazing can go back to the very beginning of the text message chain (as long as it's fully stored on your device). About the WhatsApp message transfer from Android to an iPhone: it's currently not possible with WhatsApp: faq.whatsapp.com/general/account-and-profile/about-changing-phones/?lang=en And it's not possible with iMazing either, as we only help with iOS devices, but you can maybe check and see if there's another way. We hope this helps!
How do you export Facebook Messenger message history pdfs? Can imazing do this, or do we have to request our ENTIRE messenger backup file from facebook?
Hi Michelle, it's software that you install on your computer. You can download it from our website directly: imazing.com/download And once installed you can connect your iPhone/iPad: imazing.com/guides/getting-started-with-imazing Please let us know if we can help with anything else.
Hi there, iMazing helps with exporting/printing WhatsApp chats from your iPhone - so you'd have to connect your device: imazing.com/guides/how-to-print-whatsapp-chats-for-legal-purposes It only works for iOS devices, not Android ones. Please let us know if you have any other questions we can help with.
This also works on Windows computers, without a problem. You will have to create a backup first and then access your messages in iMazing. You can follow the steps from the following guide: imazing.com/guides/how-to-print-whatsapp-chats-for-legal-purposes We hope this helps and let us know if you still have some issues after following the steps from the guide above.
Hi there, apologies for not replying earlier but we somehow were notified about your comment. Here is a detailed guide we have on printing: imazing.com/guides/how-to-print-whatsapp-chats-for-legal-purposes You can take a look, follow the steps from the guide and let us know if you have any further questions that we can help you with!
Hi Alyssa! You can export multiple messages at once. You can use the CTRL/Command, or SHIFT keys to select multiple chats or messages at once to precisely choose what to export. You can take a look at this detailed guide we have with a step by step instructions on how to export your iPhone messages/WhatsApp chats: imazing.com/guides/export-and-print-whatsapp-chats-from-iphone-to-mac-pc Hope this helps and let us know if we can help with anything else!
After recent updates to my iMazing purchase, when I export iMessages, the word “edited” is in most iMESSAGES from both sender and other party. Also a lot of the date/time stamps now say “edited.” I need some things printed for legal purposes but now seeing “edited” everywhere looks like a joke. Please help. Edit: I asked around the webs and it looks like it might be a new feature in which, if iPhone auto-corrected words within the iMessage and you sent the message that way, then iMazing is stamping “edited.” This is crappy! Please advise if there’s a way to remove this feature. Otherwise, the whole export basically says most iMessages are “edited.”
Hi Mary, thank you for this feedback! Can you please get in touch with our tech support team with this information and they'll advise: imazing.com/contact
Hello again! We've investigated a bit and you might ave an issue with iOS 16 beta. Can you please write to support: imazing.com/contact and ask for Jerome. We’ll need to have a look at the message database.
i;m having trouble with the app. Even though an (iphone's) Messages' chat shows correctly (the full conversation's bubbles) in the app, when I export it to pdf, some message bubbles are saved incompletely. So green bubble reply (my reply in the chat) starts - at the bottom of the pdf page - but all the text that's in it is missing!!! I've tried making new backups, new exports etc but nothing works to fix this!! But if I select the specific (missing) bubble on its own and export it to pdf, it does get exported. But it won't do it if I export the entire chat!! How do I fix this??
Can you please get in touch with our tech support team about this with more information: imazing.com/contact They'll need more info about your setup: iOS version of the device, macOS/Windows version of your computer, iMazing version etc., and maybe some screenshots of the issue described so they can have a better idea. They'll do their best to help out! I
@@DigiDNANetOfficial yes - just saw that - thank you! I have asked a couple more things below, and as soon as you reply I will proceed with purchase! ;) Thank you!
I need this, I think, for court. Please explain: 1. Whether i can export BOTH imessages AND plain sms'es within each chat history/thread between myself and a contact..(some messages, within the same thread with another contact, don't leave as imessages (blue bubble) and instead leave as green. But they are still in the same chat thread. Will I get an EXACT copy of the thread as seen on my iphone, as a pdf, on my mac with this app? 2. My chat history/thread with some people go way back to 2011! Will the app "see" the ENTIRE thread so that it can download it all? 3. Can i also export my whatapp messages, and my facebook messenger messages? 4. what happens if i buy and it finally doesn't what i need it to (the above things I’m asking)? Do you refund my purchase? THANKS
Hi there! Yes, you can export both your iMessages, SMS, and WhatsApp chats (Not your Facebook chats though) and the threads will look the same way on the pdf as they do on your iPhone. Also, regarding your chat history going back to 2011 - as long it's all on your phone, it will be accessible to iMazing without an issue. You can simply follow the steps from our detailed guide: imazing.com/guides/how-to-print-whatsapp-chats-for-legal-purposes You're entitled to a refund within 30 days if iMazing fails to help you with what you wanted to achieve and our tech support was not able to help you solve the issue. For any potential tech issues, you can always get in touch with our support team: imazing.com/contact
@@DigiDNANetOfficial ok - great! a couple more questions: 1) So BOTH the green AND blue bubbles (sms + imessages) will appear in the same sequence within the SAME chat, just as they show on my iphone? (say 2 blue bubbles, then 3 green below them, then 4 blue again below that)? 2) Does my iphone need to be connected to get the chats, or can this be done directly from the iphone's backup on the macbook (with no iphone connected)? Maybe the iphone's backup on my macbook contains even older chat history than the iphone does (due to lack of disk space on the iphone). 3) I have a couple of older iphone backups on an external disk (they are folders with tens of subfolders in them) - can I also use those extract folders/files to extract older chats that may not be saved on the current iphone backup on my mac, or on my iphone right now? (Just in case the older stuff is not in the current backups) 4) Questions #2 and #3 all, of course, relate to all 3 message histories that you say your app can extract (sms'es/imessages all-in-one-chat export, and whatsapp chats)
@@nounix 1. Yes, messages should be displayed in iMazing the same way you see them on your iPhone - blue bubbles will be blue and green will be green. 2. If you have a backup on your computer with older messages you can also export/print from that backup. 3. same as 2 :) Please let us know if we can help with something else!
@@DigiDNANetOfficial ok it sounds great then! There’s only one product to buy right? (So I don’t buy the wrong thing by mistake from your site). Also please explain, I buy it and install it on my MacBook, and then after I can use it on only one iPhone, or can I use it on other iPhones I have? (Always on the same Mac of course.)
@@DigiDNANetOfficial please explain: if i buy a one-time purchase (for 2 or more devices) - obv no one likes "renting" apps per year and are left with nothing after the year's end if they don't keep paying forever :P :P - what happens when I change a device (buy new iphone models eg)? Will I lose the right to connect and extract/save my messages from my device #2, or #3, or even #1? New devices are always bought every so often, so I wonder how this would work. Thanks!
