You clarified the doubt I had about how to make coconut butter on this video. Thanks ❤! Question: Can you recommend another high-speed blender option for making the coconut butter? I know Vitamix Blender is top of the line. Thanks again for such wonderful and instructive videos. The coconut face part was really funny, had that same thought about it 😄🤣!!

Haha doesn't it look like such a cute surprised face? In regards to blenders, from experience I can also recommend Blendtec. For things like nut butter I love their twister jar. And while I haven't tried them, I have heard good things also about Ninja and Kitchenaid brand blenders.

I love coconut butter too. It can also be made with store-bought unsweetened shredded coconut or coconut chips. However, it comes out much more cost efficient to dry your own from a whole coconut

Same! Canned coconut milk prices have gone through the roof here. And from 1 coconut I usually get about 3 cans worth of milk

I've never bought one (I never liked coconut until I started to bake and cook with it) because my brother has like 3 coconut trees in his yard which is convenient for me 😅, they go to waste if I don't take them.
