How the heck can I just turn it off? I can't believe I've fooled around with this thermostat and looked online for half an hour and no one tells me that! I found others asking the same question...thanks for any help! :)

Hi Kim, Here is a link to our user guide for this model: www.warmlyyours.com/en-US/publications/OJ-TOUCH-UDG4-4999-USER-GUIDE-A.pdf If you look at the diagram, #8 shows you where the on/off button is. Just hold it to turn off the system.

How do you set the temperature to be on a schedule, e.g., go down overnight and raise right before you get up? Or be lower during the day on weekdays and higher during the day on the weekends?

If you purchase one of our programmable thermostats with the scheduling feature, you can choose 6 different times of day to have specific temperatures. There can be a unique schedule for each day of the week, making it easy to plan for weekends or weekdays based on when you're home the most.

How do I identify floor load if I don't have paperwork that came with order ? My contractor seem to have lost it

The paperwork that has this info is required to properly install the product. So please give us a call as soon as possible and we can look up the information and forward the paperwork to your email. If you did not place the order directly, be sure to have the information of whoever did and we can look that up for reference - or your address if it was shipped directly to your house.

I did a factory reset to adjust the floor load. When I did that, it wouldn't let me input a number the next time. It said it would detect it on its own. Is there something wrong?

No there is nothing wrong. It sounds like you most likely have our wifi thermostat which won't require this after initial set up since it can detect it once set up the first time.

I have 2 sensors. My floor heat won't come on unless I turn it to 90.. I guess the room is to warm? Need help

how do I navigate back to update the floor load?

So once you've gone through the set up, you cannot go back and change this. You would need to do a factory reset and go through the initial set up again. Hope this answers your question!

Hi Mira, One simply presses and holds down the button on the lower right side of the thermostat faceplate for 5 seconds to turn on or off the thermostat.
