I needed to program a replacement remote for a Viper 474v remote. I ended up going to the alarm company’s website and downloading the manual. See below: 1. Open at least one vehicle door. Open door 2. Turn the ignition to the ON position. 3. Within 10 seconds, press and release once and then press and hold the system’s Valet button. The status LED begins flashing in a sequence of 1 flash and the siren/horn (if connected) sounds to confirm the system is ready for pairing. 4. Press and release the Lock button on the remote. The vehicle horn sounds (if connected) to confirm the system has paired with the remote control. If Remote Pairing fails, repeat the above procedure or confirm the firmware flashed to the 4X10/5X10 is correct for the type Antenna/Remote being used. 5. Release the Valet button and Turn the ignition OFF.

Can you look at the wires that go into your valet button and tell me what colors they are? I can not find a button so I am trying to trace all the wires from viper box.
Hey Fabian, thats a good question that I unfortunately dont have the answer to. I am guessing they would use their own personal signals so that people cant hack your alarm with another brand remote. But hen again their are only so many types of signals. So it may work with other companies that are using the same wavelength. Thanks for watching. Do you know how to disarm a system like this for some reason my remote start keeps going off and draining my battery and I never use the remote start anyway could really use the help thanks
i have 1 fob that auto starts both of my cars, how do i delete it from one of the cars, driving me crazy my nephew did this as a joke now he can't reverse it
With that said, i figured out how to do it. Here’s how: First, open and close the door. Second, put the key in ignition and switch it two places, where the next movement stars the motor. Don’t start the motor. Third, hold down the alarm system “noodle” button thingy underneath the steering wheel. Fourth, while holding the nipple button thingy, hold down the colored/asterisk/alarm button in the remote. After holding both for a few seconds, the alarm will be programmed. Done.
Bro all these videos have different directions and none of them work for me, it’s like this stupid alarm has to see you do twelve backflip cartwheels and then it lets you reset it
