I'm pretty sure that's miracle grow plant food being used...l use it myself for my own plants..just dilute with water it turns blue..very good plant food and rooting compound...

You can use water in which you put a branch of willow for a few weeks. I use it with all my cuttings. It works. Willow is the wain ingredient in hormone powder.
