This plant did not grow from your original video. You know by looking at the roots. Also an expert gardener would never pull a branch from the roots the way you did. It's giving a bad example.
Look. Aloe is very uncommonly used in cuttings, but some people say it works to prevent pathogens and stuff. It doesnt actually help rooting pasted that. If you want something better, make some Willow Water, it actually has rooting hormone it in and if made right... is better than what you can buy at the store. Willows have hyper amounts of rooting hormone in them, which makes them one of the easiest plants in the world to root. Using willow water and just doing normal cloning technique (Cut with clean blades, stick in clean substrate, keep moist) and you will have plants. This plant takes a little bit to root, but its still a high success cutting if all you do is keep it a good temp and keep it moist.
Willow is a tree in northern countries. Search for Salix. Most of this plants grow near sweet water, e.g. seas, rivers. If you plant a part in moist soil it roots really fast.
@@rishikeshsahu7539 Literally just put it in dirt and keep it moist. These videos like this are always stupid. The point of the cover is to just keep moisture in so that it stays moist and humidity helps keep the stem from drying out. Thats pretty much it. The lack of info on this video is... lacking. Just check out stuff like ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cBUfJ_3bmBA.html They are much better at relaying information, because they do this on the daily. Not some kitchen person making music videos of plants for clicks.
Interesting. But if you are going to use aloe, DON'T put it in the soil BEFORE you skewer it into the stem! Good way to damage your start. You can do the same thing with rooting hormone. Also, never, ever NEVER PULL A PLANT OUT OF IT'S POT! NEVER!. Always remove the pot by running a table knife around the inside then turn the pot upside down, plant facing down, with you holding it (can't believe I have to say it)then break up the soil and plant it. Half good.
The shape of the roots doesn't look like they've just grown. This plant can be grown by cuttings, but the rooting period can last from 1 to 3 months if no drugs are used.
I do all mine different than that way and they root out in a few weeks an i leave mine uncovered I've been using the same planter bucket and same old dirt for years i don't never change the dirt out
@@Mike-su8si i placed a grapfruit cutting in soil with root promoter, but it looks like it's drying up, seems like i failed on my attempt. I did not cover it either . However i have never done this method using the sabila
