Learn the proper way to install and break in continuously variable transmission (CVT) belts! This is a recommended best practice when installing a new belt. Visit gates.com/breakitin for more details.
I've been using your c force belts in my can am and my polaris. Both were properly broken in. BOTH started coming apart at the outer teeth and cracking in between the ribs on the inside of belt. Only a couple rides on both belts and that happened. When I run the g force belt in those machines this does not occur at all! The c force belt yall make is supposed to be better, and costs more than the g force but doesn't seem to hold up nearly as good. Others I know are having the same issues I am with the c force belts coming apart just like mine and at $100 a piece I can't just keep buying more and more of them for the same thing to happen again just after a couple rides. Do yall warranty your products? If so I need to get these replaced.
I think the C series belts are only rated for up to 700cc, is yours above that, because if you don't get the correct type it will start chipping off the sides at the top.
Chemicals like brake clean soak into the aluminum sheves, and come back out when the sheves get warm, the clutch sheves are very porous, hot water with dawn, nothing else along with a Scotch Brite pad.
