I always learn something when I watch your videos. BTW, took my 19 XPT out for the 1st run at Busco Beach a couple weekends ago and really happy with the ride from your spring kit. Also, since it was always a bit sketchy in curves, I also installed your front and rear swaybars with adjustable links. Wow. Its never been so stable. I was a bit cautious at 1st but was doin donuts in the sand within an hour and giggling like a school girl. LMAO. Busco was a great all around test since they have trails, off camber technical riding, a large dirt/sand oval track with small 1 foot whops, as well a a dune area. Shocks were only 3 clicks in and the car performed better than it ever has. Bottomed the rear once but not bad. Anyway, thanks guys.

Polaris. Do grease the bearings. Can am don’t grease them. The can am bearings fail when over greased. The Polaris bearings need grease. 👍🏼

What dose it run cost wise to have qs3 shocks re valve by you guys? Already running your springs and made worlds better in the ride quality almost a year and 1000 miles of hard riding, both dunes (whoops) and heavy trail riding and big rocks... car plays in all situations haha

hi shock therapy, why do you say no grease in wheel bearings, i haven't had any bearings failure and i ride in the desert mostly going 55+mph sustained for about 2 hours or more with very few brakes, what is the difference between the polaris bearing and a can am bearing?? why them can put grease and we don't? , i have 2 friends that have can am's and they always grease their bearings every 6 months and also no problems, we live in the desert and we have wide open trails and we have what you call play cars so maybe in a race application yes they will fail while riding 400 miles or 1000 miles non stop but then againg also a non grease bearing can fail at the same amount of miles in race application's can you share some of your expertise with me im a noob when it comes to utv's

Sure. The Polaris bearing is a different design than the BRP bearing. BRP having much better side load support and better grease than the Polaris bearing. In our testing we could fail a Polaris bearing almost every time unless we greased them. Then they lasted much longer. With a BRP bearing we never failed a bearing until we greased them. Remember one thing. When you over grease a bearing it’s a lot like over filling a transmission or a ring and pinion. It will run hotter with too much oil or grease in it. It was this principle we feel caused the issues. Remember what we do with the UTV can be much different than what you do from a stress standpoint and what we break may never fail on you. Lots of factors at play there. Since we are leaking about stress loads, other things we break are: Pushing the bearing out of the spindle. Fix, machine bigger clip or machine threaded nut retainer instead of bearing clip Snapping the splined portion of the drive flanges off in the bearing. Fix, bigger Range Rover bearing that requires custom CNC spindles and CNC drive flanges. If your not seeing the same issues then your not abusing your UTV enough. 🤣 I’m am kidding a little. If your not seeing these issues then your lucky and it’s good that you don’t need to go to these lengths. Have a good one 👍
