People thought this guy was a goofball. Now, he's goofballing all the way to the bank. I don't know how many of these have sold, but it has to be in excess of a million units by now, probably far more. At $40 per, that's a minimum of $40 million in sales. This is proof, you don't have to be a genius with years of college under your belt to have an idea that sells. More power to him!

Lorenzo you need to bring these to Ace Hardware stores. Theres one in the next town over from me. Formerly a Tillson's true value hardware. I'm going to get two of these. I'll use this along with my electric zappers. Shoot em with the bug-a-salt and fry em with the zapper.

I do wish it used more salt per shot & w a bigger spread. I want to be able to kill bigger bugs at bigger ranges without needing to be pinpoint accurate. Ive heard that mustard seed has a wider spray & doesn't clog the gun? Also heard about someone drilling a bigger bore on the orange nozzle to help w the spray? Lol I literally want to be able to use this outside against bugs that are.... bugging me while going out for a cig at night. During the summer in the country they are every freaking where! Whether it be beetles, mosquitos, etc, I want to deal w the ones who dare come close... 😅

this thing actually works great. i just wiped out about 20 flies with it. Easier than a fly swatter actually since they don't have to be on a hard flat surface to take them out.

I would like a full auto version with a HPA canister like a paintball gun. 🙂

Fun, but I would like a little more power. I’m finding most flys require multiple hits to neutralize. Usually the first shot at least knocks em down, and prevents them from flying, making follow up shots easy.

Am I doing something wrong? When I pump it, the little orange plug doesn't depress to let the salt into the barrel. Therefore, I'm only shooting air, which unfortunately isn't lethal to flies or much else for that matter. Fly season opened up here and I'm itching for some trophies!

have to ask, does it really Kill the flies or just stuns them?coz at the part nearing the end of the video, he shot the fly above the wall but after picked it up and placed it on the poster and it was still moving.

Works great on slugs and snails. The salt penetrates into them. Great on spiders too.
