Even if the person has a know it all attitude YOU MUST HELP THEM! It’s not about your personal feelings towards that person the patient comes FIRST!!!

I work in fast track. It's get so busy that it becomes difficult to chart. Any ideas??

Vitals, allergies and quick focused assessment! Do the vitals while you’re doing your assessment and asking about allergies. Quick and simple! But yes fast track is a beast all in its own!
