yaniv is the best, he explains everything really well and is extremely helpful throughout the process. He is also really knowledgeable and honest, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or thinking about buying a property in Israel!
I don't know who, but someone actually needs to hear this, you've got to stop saving all your money. Venture into investing some, if you really want financial stability
Beautifully said, I tell my folks these words everyday. It's good to save money but most people don't understand the market moves and tend to be misled in facts like this and always depend on money in the bank.
I understand the fact that tomorrow isn't promised to anyone, but investing today is a hard thing to do because i have no idea of how and where to invest in these?
@@isabellahall4117 Hey, this is a computer age. Peeps who aren't even traders make money from the crypto and forex markets ,how many millionaires do you know who have become wealthy by investing in savings accounts? I rest my case.
If my house is affected by missile-damage , will I be covered by insurance ; and is it easy to sell, right-now without making a loss ? ( I bought 2 year’s ago )
is it possible to buy a place or restaurant for business? and how much to purchase a restaurant / cafe in downtown or a land? not to big or not to small. Thank you🙏
Not sure if my comment will help you but I see that no one else has responded to you yet, I want to start off by telling you that living in Israel is superrrrrrrrr expensive!! For many reasons! So you have to keep that in mind. Second it really depends on the area! I’ve lived in Tel Aviv for 10 years, in my opinion it’s the prettiest place to live in, and great if you don’t want to live in the more religious areas of Israel, but! Tel Aviv is at the top of the 10 most expensive cities to live in the world! It was very challenging living there, I currently live in the u.s where it’s much cheaper to live. What I would recommend you to do is first go to Israel yourself, figure out if you are positive 100% that this the place for you, and then look at different cities around Israel to see where you would like to live, to know more about the specific pricing I would recommend talking to real estate agent while you are visiting Israel, also make sure you know where you going to work ones you move to Israel because ones again, it is VERY expensive to live there. I hope in the future I would be able to move back there, it’s a very beautiful place and you will never see anything like Israel! I really hope this helped you! Good luck with everything!
Oh and I just want to add one more thing to my comment, if you do choose to visit Israel to find out more about locations to live in + pricing, I would recommend staying at Airbnb instead of a hotel. Hotels cost way too much there it’s ridiculous, while Airbnb you will be paying way less. Hope this helped! Have a wonderful day and feel free to ask me any questions i will try my best to answer!
