Thank you so much.I had no idea about the elbow being on top of wrist position and shoulder moving forward first.That hand angle made pushups so much easier for me.Earlier my hands would be wobbly and pressurized.Thankzzz again❤❤❤

I have been so frustrated into push ups that I was almost giving up, until you showed!!! Let me say that many places tell you to put your hands in a different way (middle finger to the front), but when I tried your way it make me sense when elbows were envolved: it is more easy. So let me tell you guys that from now on I will follow your way. Thanks a lot….

Thanks so much for this video! I'm trying to do push-ups regularly, but I can never do more than 10 (๑꒪▿꒪)* plus my arms always hurt after doing those minimalistic push-ups haha. Hopefully this will help me improve my technique! Next goal: 11 pushups (ᗒᗊᗕ)

Thank you SO much for this video! I've some mobility problems so my strength is waning & I was looking for a way to work up to push-ups. Your instructions are clear, concise & achievable. I've not seen a way to build up to push-ups before so it's great to see you explain it here. Also, I love your homemade gym, means a limited budget won't stop me trying to build my strength back up! Thanks guys, more power to your elbows ☺

best explanation of a pushup I've ever seen, great job! I'm pretty sure I wasn't keeping my forearm over my wrists...hopefully your tips will help with my shoulder pain I get after pushups

you appear to be leaning forward when in the push up position, instead of having your hands directly under your shoulders. Can you explain how you do that without creating additional stress on your shoulders?

Just so people know-- doing pushups with your elbows against your sides and hands closer together works mainly your triceps, while pushups with elbows out and hands farther apart works your chest more. This video claimed that wide pushups can be detrimental, which I'm sure is true if done incorrectly, but if you do them correctly there is nothing to worry about. Many people do pushups to get rid of chest fat, so you need to do a pushup that targets the chest in order to see proper results.

Leaning towards down with shoulders is not working for me, first my elbow is bending automatically when I'm doing push-ups. I think this angle depends on the individual body nature, like my hands are bit lengthy. Correct me!

Yo TappBrothers! You guys should do a video on the perfect sit up/crunch/whatever the thing is called. I see so many different variations on it, and it would be very helpfull to many people, me included, to get the details down, and do it the best, and safest way :)

The perfect sit-up is one you don't do. Horrible on the lower back and it's mostly hip-flexors and not abs.

2 problems with this technique: (1) this is a martial art type push-up, with triceps taking most of the weight. Chest muscles are only mildly affected. For BOTH triceps and chest muscle push-up workout you NEED a wider hand stand. (2) again, this is a martial art push-up, so if you do it on your palms, you are putting too much pressure on your wrists with 90+ degree angle. This push-up type has to be done on knuckles. Still liked the video though, you guys are awesome! ;)

oh Tapps I'm tapped out I fear: After finally getting to a point where I believe I'm going to master my first "boy" push-up, alas, I assume the correct form and don't you know I can only barely with all of my might kresch out a few from the knee podition.so strenuous is this I feel as though I've climbed a mountain Against All Odds. I fall into a chair panting.How disappointing. )However I'm doing well with parkour. 3 days in I can hop up a step on both feet. SERIOUSLY: I am truly indebted to you.. starting at age 13 after no longer being able to dance due to fusions I have done every manner of exercise and yoga and have never ever gotten the instant results that I do with several of your videos which I look forward to doing every single day -- at least once and without fai.the house I live in and through which my spirit is manifest AKA my body has dealt with injuries surgeries busted up knees and autoimmune issues. NOTHING so perfectly addresses very specific musculoskeletal concerns and limitations as these videos have. I am so lucky to have you brilliant amazing people.( I include that wonderful dancer Katie).

My problem is never my arms hurting because blood always rushes to my head even when I try to hold it up and it becomes way too uncomfortable to carry on doing more, how can I avoid this better?

hey Tappbrothers, question: i have been suffering from , wrists pain, and pain on the outside lower part of the shanks (lower Limbs), there is no swelling.. just pain when i train , doctor said it's because of over doing, tried taking a long rest but the day i start again the pain comes back it's really annoying Vaults seem impossible for more than 3 or 4 each training, is there anyway to strengthen these two areas?
