I recently had emergency surgery and have 2 ostomys so I cannot wait to get mine and feel more secure and comfortable. I've been advised to wait before ordering it due to severe weight loss, I was in hospital 3 weeks. Just got home a month now. Getting dressed... let's just say that I will need low rise jeans like you're wearing. Looks great and thanks for demonstration.
I am not quite understanding how this benefits. I have an ileostomy which is below waistline of my jeans. So the waistband chops my bag in half. So how would this belt benefit apart from adding another layer
Your inspiring. I’m a ex cop and getting urostomy done in 3 months. I took it hard until I did my research and found that all walks of life have this and living normal lives. Do you put the bag in a pouch or just let it hang with the Stingray covering it? Thanks 🙂
how do you have the waistline of your trousers over the bag. when i did that the output tended to collect in the top half and cause leaks. also how often do you empty it because after 5 or 6 hours i end up with a bulge as the bag fills.
Most people tuck their belts in, but some choose to wear their belt over their pants to prevent the issue you’re describing. As for emptying, it all depends on your output, so just empty when it starts getting about 1/3 full.

Oh hi i just saw that the lady in this video is wearing a behive pub shirt thats local to where i live. i am new to my ostomy had a ileostomy october 6th its permanent and looking for others who are local who can actualy really mean it when they say they understand looking for ostomate friends still learning about this and all if you rely to this let me know if your still over at behive pub where you working there or are you just wering a shirt from there ?
Whew, I was RUSHED to a hospital I get there, ( major hospital BTW ) They Popped me back into another ambulance then rushed me to another hospital Where everyone was waiting for me, from the ambulance straight into OR Yeah, so close to death I was Had a perforated colon Was in hospital for 4 months in intensive care I am home now, Thank God Hospital Food is the worst Thought the food would be my death I have a Ostomy belt but it DIGS into me it becomes so skinny Yeah, I am buying this belt Looks like the perfect fit. I am just fed up with this bag breaking is sooooo grooss Or waking up full of sheeeet so gross Hope this belt is the answer I so cannot wait to get this bag off my body
@@STEALTHBELT Well, I recently became unemployed due to health issues, so now with the loss of income and the high price of this 125.00$US belt, it is out of my reach, guess I have no choice I'll have to use this skinny belt that Diggs into my skin.
