as a competitive swimmer, just rinsing your suit with cold running water, squeezing out the excess, and hanging it over your shower curtain is enough. you can use those hangers with clips but i dont reccomend it for womens suits. as long as your squeezing your suit like a sponge and not wringing it, it wont become stretched, allowing you to use your suit for long periods of time. my sister and i use this method and we only replace our swimsuits every year despite swimming 4 times a week.
