How to Quickly Evolve Bisharp into Kingambit in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

This is just a quick tutorial showing you how you can quickly and easily evolve your Bisharp into a Kingambit in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet! You will first need to find Bisharp "packs" that are surrounded by a group of Pawniard. They can be located in the Bamboo Forest near North Province, Area 2. Once you locate one of these Bisharp groups/packs, you must then defeat them in battle (not Auto-battle) with your OWN Bisharp. These wild Bisharp pack "Leaders" will (100% guaranteed) be holding the item "Leader's Crest". Once your Bisharp defeats 3 of these Pokémon, all you then need to do is level up your Bisharp once and it will evolve into the awesome Kingabmit! Kingambit has very high physical defense. So it'd be in your best interest to train it up. Kingambit is on my team lv 100.

I’m just happy I didn’t have to do this and got king gambit through a surprise trade… tbh I got pretty lucky filling out my Pokédex, and skipped a lot of hard evo’s from surprise trades and terra raids😂 like when I was almost complete and needed to get polteagiest and didn’t want to find the items for its evo, and just walked to a terra raid (after ignoring a lot of them mid game) just to find a polteagiest immediately😂

Make sure you actually encounter the leading bisharp and not just sending your Pokemon out to quick battle.

Easier way is just seek one leader group bisharp and use Thief on them and escape. Then you equip it to pokemon who learn Trick and have it a lead pokemon. Finally, battle 3 bisharps by using Trick first then switch with the bisharp you want to evolve and defeat them and Voila

Hear me out what if bisharp had a split evolution when female bisharps wouldn't evolve into kingambit but a queen based pokemon (I don't have name for it it could be just queengambit but it's too long and weird) I think she would be steel fighting type (or maybe steel psychic or somethingb else) with high speed and mixed attack but frail defense and health

As someone who evolved a level 100 shiny Bisharp, yes it does work, as in the guide you defeat the three leaders and then use a rare candy on the Bisharp, while it doesn't level up rare candies allow Pokémon who have met the criteria for evolution to evolve

They don’t drop a Leader’s Crest when you defeat them. I just defeated 3 pack leaders with my Bisharp, then levelled it up once to evolve!

Very true! We can use these recipes to increase spawn rate: Great Tropical Sandwich (Encounter Power: Dark) or Potato Salad Sandwich (Encounter Power: Steel) 🙂

When it came to me evolving my Bisharp, Sensei. I had eaten a sandwhich to increase steel encounters, went into the forests though instead of teaching Sensei a fighting move I just decided to terastalize them during the three fights. And unless I'm mistaken the Bisharp you want to evolve needs to hold a leaders crest right? For me I had my Oinkologne use Covet to take one from a wild Bisharp leader.

@@dropfish3109 tell me you don't understand stats without telling me 🤦‍♂️ Eviolite Bisharp is faster by 20 base points, has better physical defense by 30 points, better sp defense by 20 points, and can bridge the 15 point gap for physical attack with evs easily. The only stat you lose out on is HP, which isn't a big deal when the much higher defense is taken into account. I've only been playing pokemon since gen 1 and competitively since gen 4
