Thanks. Good video. It helps a lot. BTW, I didn’t remove the clip of the hose attaching to the reservoir and it still worked quite well. Actually the hose helped to hold the pin in place when taking out and/or putting in the reservoir. Maybe that’s only my R350. Thanks again

Thanks so much for your helpful video. I used your links and ordered the seal and correct PS fluid. I would like to add the way I installed the E clip on the pump/reservoir connection: I used a pair of needle nosed vise grips to hold onto the outermost part of the ring, got it started in the grooves and tapped gently on the handle of the VG and she went in beautifully. Of course trying it another way caused me to lose the clip and spend 1.5 hours looking for it. Ouch.

Where do you get the plastic thing to put on top of the can of power steering fluid? Does that fluid have a "shelf life" like brake fluid?

Make sure to turn your steering wheel completely left and right to bleed the air with cap off then measure your fluid.

Monitor the level of your ps fluid to see if it's low, especially if you've topped it off. Remove engine covers & inspect area where reservoir & ps pump meet & look for seepage. Belt could also be wet. Listen for whining/groaning when turning the wheel. The cam magnets/sensors as well as the oil cooler (which are very close proximity to the ps resevior) are also prone to leak, so also try to rule those out as possibilities.
