My concern is that your company claimed a flat file update would fix the problem, yet didn't acknowledge that it wasn't the true solution, and still quoted $1,000 for the service. When I explained the actual root cause of the deactivation, rather than admit you couldn’t assist, you chose to ignore my email. Less experienced Amazon sellers are likely to pay these excessive fees, even though a consultant on Upwork charging $5 could handle the same task. It's clear that maximising profits at any cost is part of your business model. Rant over 🙄
