Yes, you actually nailed it. That’s exactly what’s going on with the food market out there ,for our pets. It’s like we’re feeding them fast food every day for the rest of their lives 😔 Because of that our pets become very sick and they die early…
Don't agree with a lot of what you say, BUT the section on percentages and food names is very very helpful. My cat is sensitive to chicken and it was very difficult to look for chicken free food in the past. Having this knowledge will definitely be helpful in the future, so I can appreciate that.
YES! I've been researching pet food labels AND human food labels!! BOTH is very important! Human labels for anyone feeding a raw diet and adding this that and the other! There are some great resources out there, this will def add to my collection. Thankyou

Firstly...Thank you Dr Katie for assisting us with our pets health. ♡♡ We moved from the city to a little village in South Africa. The available vet sees to the cows, sheep, horses and our pets. I have a problem with our two cats. I have tried adding a tiny amount of veg like carrots and pumpkin to our cats food but they will not eat it. Any ideas pleeease???

There are a lot of synthetic vitamins and minerals present to make sure the food is balanced long-term for your cat. I'd recommend transitioning to a raw food if possible or a lightly cooked that uses less synthetics if possible. It's awful that they make such awful food for our pets.. NO wonder there is so much illness.. + Why isn't sodium labeled? I have to find my cat low sodium food and it's not on the labels. Any recommendations? He has congestive heart failure and about 1 year left of his life.. The Vet gave me a list but I can't find any of the food on the list most aren't made anymore.
