I’ve had a partner all my life was the only way I thought I could be loved BUT since I did a lot of self love talk to myself, self love meditation etc, I only started doing it to heal myself from my many traumas I’ve been through, well WOW I don’t need nobody to love me now(even though it’s nice) I love myself enough try it guys it works!! x

Paula you are right, many persons are sad because they think if nobody loves them that their life is not worth of living..they kinda always depend of someone to love them and that's the only way for them to feel happy..but if only they knew that the self love is enough to be happy they would start to work on it right away.

I've found a great way to redirect the self-doubt is to imagine the little negative voice as one of your closest friends, or yourself as a small child! It makes it a lot easier to go "hey no wait" and hold a lot of compassion for yourself. 💕

Love bombing is the same term used to describe one of the manipulative tactics of narcissists. But I know what you're talking about. Whenever I travel overseas, that's when I experience significant healing in my soul. I also thought I'd met the love of my life years ago. He love bombed me then ghosted which lead me on the path of my spiritual awakening.

Regarding Love Bomb... Wat I did in my case was Self Love! The day I decided to take care of the girl I see in the mirror every day, to love the girl unconditionally, to honour her...and started believing dat I deserve every single thing- the bads to learn,to empower me and the bests as rewards, things started to change. Yes, it took time but I never gave up on myself...and everything has worked wonderfully 🙂

Wow, this is sooooooo illuminating! Despite having great ambitions, discipline, applied effort and patience, the closer I get to years/life long pursuits I get injured or sick. Only to get back up, dust myself off and go at it again differently to get knocked down again. This has been going on my whole life, now that I’m middle aged, I can’t heal fast enough from one calamity to the next. I’ve been working with a trauma therapist doing a bunch of modalities and energy work. But not explained like this. In my experience you can be efficient when you know what you are doing, but you are proficient when you know why you are doing what your doing(carpentry saying). Just found your channel, bingeing on these concepts you are articulating so well. Thank you for this and all that you are doing.

If you go to her website on the free resources page there is a version with music and the beginning tips of the RU-vid version are excluded. If you have never done one of her live meditations, I'd use RU-vid version. The tips are important. If you do it again try her website. I'd do all her meditations. I have, but I have favorites. "Upgrade your mind" is wonderful as well. The thing with her meditations is she is not just talking you through a meditation, she does energy work that you will experience as you meditate. Hope you enjoy these wonderful resources. They have changed my life.

I rarely comment on YT videos but feel compelled to share this... I was in my kitchen listening to this video while cooking - and on a whim, when I heard Christina talk about tapping my chest with my left hand - I did just that. With 3 taps I felt such an opening (I say opening for lack of a better word) that I had stop my cooking and take a deep breath. I brushed it off as a coincidence. Later I sat myself down comfortably and tried again. This time the feeling was even more intense and I started crying. I am still struggling with how powerful the effect of this simple action is for me. Will keep trying this out to see where it leads.

I am so thankful to have found you and your posts. I’ve finally realized my trauma has affect whole life. My adopted father just passed and so much has broken open. I have thought I was just bad from little and at 47 I am like no I am not! Thank you for sharing your gift for us who can’t pay for mental health care and have to go it alone.

It's really helpful when you say which activation to use for which issue. I use them all the time but sometimes I don't know which one I need. At the beginning of this video I thought, nah I don't do that, but by the end I'm crying because I totally needed this. Thank you!
