ordered wheels from you guys 2 weeks ago. and what an easy process and the wheels come like that packaged professionally. no marks on my chrome wheels. shows how much you guys care about shipping with how much effort you put into wrapping every wheel and foam and cardboard between each wheel. thanks for the rims and tires and awesome customer service.
I got my wheels shipped to a buddy's house driver called asked about the road decided it be best to meet up at the Home Depot. Helped me unload them and everything awesome.
@@jessemccarthy05 it was a great experience! Obviously you know how easy the ordering was, then the customer service was also awesome! I had a question about my order that they were able to answer in a timely fashion. Also got the 1 days heads up from the shipping company. I received my shipment in 9 days rather than the 10-15, I was in the process of changing out a super stuck wheel hub/barring assembly so they sat in my shop for a couple days. When I finally got around to installing them on the very last wheel I noticed I was one spike lug nut short!!😒 so a emailed the customer service again and they hooked me up! All around great experience!

Just received my tires and wheels today, took 10 days all the way down here to Houston, Tx. Sent via TCC and handed to SMTL to deliver to my house. The delivery guy was super cool and overall it was such an easy process, all of which comes with tracking. Thanks Custom Offsets you guys are the best at what you do, packaging exactly as described. The guy actually didnt even have me sign anything? I told him i would like to inspect them before signing, he said oh that aint got nothing to do with me, I'm just the driver" lol i started tearing the plastic off then he just left haha. He was a cool dude for sure, just a bit odd
I'll actually be ordering a set of wheels and tires on Friday. This actually does help. But I've also heard from friends who've ordered from CO that your customer service is good! Keep that reputation going and it'll carry you far.
Ordered on 11/30/20. Received 2/10/21. Long story short...Custom Offsets sent me 3 wheels with scratches. Those 3 they reimbursed me money. 4th wheel had major scratches, discolored paint and knicks that were touched up with a sharpie. Used a flashlight to check barrel of wheel. Called right away. Still waiting for replacement with false promises they will expedite shipping.. Today is 2/26. My lift install is scheduled 3/3. Huge headache. Your lucky if you have no issues.
When mine came it was delayed and I was out of town on work, had them delivered to my mothers home the driver removed them from truck and put them in the garage while it was snowing. Made sure he got a big tip for being so helpful
If you are using your own pallets to ship? For customers who require liftgate.. Once you get a tracking #.. Please give specific information and make sure they do apply any changes in information and a suggestion to prevent future headaches in damage. Put in Big black marker Front and Back. Too freight only. If you put do not stack. You will get hit with extra charges. Keep up the awesome tips!! Thank you from a Trucker 🇺🇸❤
Thanks for the info again! That’s great to know because I am actually a professional truck driver of almost 24 years. My neighborhood is gated and has small round abouts. Now I know to get in contact with my delivery driver to meet up where it’ll be convenient for him or her.
@@jakeg77 No, RBP apparently doesnt always have the bolt patterns pre drilled and ready. Not custom offsets fault. Just getting impatient. Rbp delayd my order by 2 weeks 😑
53' best to meet them in a large parking lot like Wal-Mart. Not supposed to go down residential with a 53 or any commercial truck other than a moving truck size.
This is my second time waiting on wheels to come, however, this time is just one. I decided to order a spare. MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE WHEELS AS YOU UNLOAD THEM! The a picture before, during, and AFTER you unwrap them and as you go along through the process. My wheels were damaged during shipping, or somewhere in the process. This was NOT custom offset/fitment industries fault! I was upset, very.. after waiting two weeks for my wheels. I called them, and they asked for pictures of the damage. These were ABSOLOUTELY A MUST or you are out of luck. CUSTOMER SERVICE was absoloutely AWESOME. Do not be afraid to speak up, because they have no problem making it right. Not one single person was rude to me or tried to not take responsibilities for it. Theres not a better company In the world, I promise you that. I was given several options to have my wheels replaced. I could send all 4 back, and they would pay for delivery fees and get me a set sent out ASAP while I would have a local shop swap the new undamaged wheels with the damaged ones then send the damaged wheels back to the company. A hassle, but they will make it right. I was also given the option of taking a discount on the wheels as the damage was on the inside of the wheel and I would get them at a cheaper price. Thats up to YOU depending on the damage. I decided to take a discount, and used the money to buy a spare wheel.. which is what I'm currently waiting on. This is such an awesome company, and I've never in my life received better service anywhere else. Just MAKE SURE to look for damage, and take pictures as thats what you are asked to do. If you FAIL TO DO SO thats ON YOU as stated in this video. Thanks a lot guys! Its been a pleasure.
I want to order a wheel and tire package for my truck. When they come mounted and balanced, would I just install them on my truck in my driveway or, do you normally take them to a shop to have that done? Thanks

If you would put cardboard on both sides of a wheel and band it to each individual wheel, you could ship each wheel separately with UPS Ground, a lot cheaper, and A LOT faster.
Yeah my guy had a lift gate but didn't pay extra, you custom offsets got everything out in the time period you said if not earlier. however road runner did delay them one day and then the driver didn't give me time to inspect them before signing

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks now for my wheels and tires. The tracking info keeps pushing the arrival to terminal time out. It's been a great experience until they shipped almost 2 weeks ago, according to the tracking info. I'm in Washington state so I'm not sure what is going on. I'm a little disappointed right now but I'm sure I'll change my mind once I finally get my wheels and tires.
Custom Offsets I did. They told me that the shipper will contact me when they will be out in my area so I called the shipper. They said that after they receive my shipment that they will put it on another truck to deliver it to my house and that will happen maybe next week or the week after. So I changed it to a will call so I can just come and get them. I'm surprised that it would take about a month to get my order. I'm sure this is a shipping problem but it doesn't make Custom offsets look good. Oh well!
Custom Offsets Update: I went and picked up my wheels and tires Thursday. About 3 weeks after I ordered them. That being said, I have to say that I am really impressed with the way they were packed. You guys really take the time to protect the wheels and tires. I found no damage and absolutely love my wheels and tires. I will be sporting my Custom offsets sticker on my truck for sure. I will definitely be buying more from you guys. Thanks!
Received mine a few days ago and am super happy with how everything came. Custom offsets did a great job. What do I need to retorque the lug nuts to after a few miles?

Marco Apolinar no if you just ordered rims they will come on a ups or fedex truck I ordered rims alone a year ago and they came on a ups truck. And it took 5 days
Uhm.... so if I can't get a 53 foot trailer down my road what do I do? I've been ordering from Discount Tire Direct for years and they ship wheel/tire combos via UPS like normal. Not an issue. I'm glad I just watched this video. Guess I'll have to give you a call and figure something out.
I know this video is older and things may have changed since then but what if you order wheels/tires but also order a lift kit or the fog light cube set with it at the same time? Would the extra stuff be shipped differently from the wheels or tires?
They would show up in separate packages from the wheel/tire shipment! But depending on what you order and how large it is would depend on what the carrier would be!
I know this is kind of dumb to ask but what about if the wheel company gives you stickers and you order a wheel and tire package with you? Do you ship the stickers or just throw them away?
If you order just wheels we will keep the stickers with but typically with them being mounted and balanced it goes through a whole different process which they dont usually send stickers attached with the package.
I ordered my wheels and tires a week ago, BRP still has not drilled them yet. If so, I have not seen any action on the tracking page. I really really really hope they arrive in perfect shape and condition. 😑😑

I live near a large business campus with a lot of open lot space. Is it possible to make arrangements with the driver to have the delivery moved to somewhere other than the stated address? Semis and the road I live on don't mix well.
Ordered wheels and tires. Just got my shipping email. My question is, can I get my order shipped to the shop where my truck is getting the lift cause I live in a gated community and I don't think a semi would be very comfortable coming in here. Very narrow streets in here.
I have mine being delivered to my mechanic as he is changing pads and adding a lift kit to my truck so I’m having them shipped to his shop. Do I still have to sign or can he sign? I have it listed on the shipping address as his shop name but I put “Attn: My Name”. I’ll be at work during the time it will most likely get delivered so I personally wouldn’t be able to sign for them.

Ordered my wheels and tires may 31st and expected delivery date is today June 19th. Email still says waiting for them to be shipped to warehouse. I've been told the reason for the delay is cuz 1 wheel was damaged and had to get another 1. Wondering if this is a legit reason, or if anyone is has been told the same reason as mine. I only live 2hrs 30min away and said I'd pick them up. They don't do that anymore. They use to call me back, going on the 3rd day with no call back. Very very frustrating. If I don't hear back soon, I'm just gonna skip over custom offsets and call the manufacturer of the wheels I purchased and see what they tell me. Great video content but garbage in this aspect.
The shipping company will usually call you to set up a time otherwise you can call them! Tires are usually delivered the same as a wheels and tire setup, lift kits are shipped directly from the manufacture!
Whats a good size wheel and tire with some offset for a 06 silverado crew cab z71 on 3" leveling kit. Really want a set of offset wheels and tires whenever i can afford them

wish car id was like yall i ordered a set of rims from them one came cracked so i sent it back paid for the label and they basicilly kept the rim and my money
So will the delivery guy call in advance to let me know I got a small neighborhood road. I have got no call and I called them twice and they say they don’t know.
Tractor trailers won’t fit in my community. So do I have to meet him elsewhere and do I have to unload the tires myself? I don’t have a pick up truck. So I have to rent one to transport them to my house? I wish I have know this before placing the order. Any suggestions?

Got mine today via fed ex 3 rims damaged they even separated them. Had them stack in a small box truck. Also all the valve stem caps are missing don’t no if it was a fed ex or custom offset issue.
If i live in a small neighborhood and i work mon-fri, will the delivery driver/company work with me to meet somewhere on a weekend or possibly after 5 on a weekday? Thanks in advance
