1)Is the suction tool necessary?,You used a syringe to suck out the excess colour. Can the ink be sucked out by a syringe without the help of the suction tool? 2)How many total syringes would I require for the 3 colours and the black colour? Is it 1 syringe for each colour and 2 syringes for the sucking each (black+colour) cartridge? In total 6? 3)How many times can I refill the original cartridge without clogging it? 4)I am unable to find syringes to fill ink online.Where can I get those small syringes? The first try, I followed exactly. Way too much ink into cartridge; it spilled into printer. Cleaned up, tried another one with 1/3 of what you show. Perfect. I would rather run out of ink sooner than have my printer ruined.

Printer keeps showing error for some carridges that catridge should be replaced and/or catridge is not intented to use with this printer, for both black and color catridges sometimes! I restart printer and sometimes clean the electronic strap of catridge and nozzle with wet cloth and luckily printer accept the catridge after doing that multiple times! Else it keeps showing me that error! I have 3 black catridges with that problem and not able to use it till now! Whats the problem might be?

Does it need special ink. I bought general printer ink from local shop. It detects the ink but when I print something, blank page is coming. Ink comes at the bottom of catridge. Any solution?

@aditya pratap sing , You can buy from snapdeal, shopclues etc, or you can buy from local market. But try to use Branded ink like DESMAT, JAPANIO, PRODOT.

@nikhil agrawal go to properties at the time of printing=>select paper quality=>photo paper best quality. lines will not come. other wise put more and more ink and also use the suction tool 3-4 times.

@ manasnice video with clear cut instructions.filled my 678 black and tri color of 1515 printer as u showed. getting straight black line and tricolor line alsobut printer shows alerts/signals for low ink level and estimated ink level in the hp software also shows low ink level. any suggestions. pls help. thank u in advance

hello, what exactly capacity of this hp 678 catridge, it looks like you using 5ml syringe, and inject 5ml ink to every hole except yellow and cyan that you divide to make ink distibute evenly without any problems, but my case, I put just little bit more than 2ml to magenta one and more than 2ml to cyan, it just spilled and leaked from tiny lid gap making a mess

I have filled because of that's only I'm telling you, as the viscosity of liquid difference because of it which it leek, on regular bases if u people use it which may short circuit the chip of cartage, by the by when u will fill the liquid after complete dryer or wt, how much depth need we have to insert in it.

I have refilled the black cartridge with Prodot ink. I’m getting “The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer.” after some month. The ink nozzle is clean and ink comes easily from it but still getting error. Also sometimes the texts gets some horizontal lines after printing. Suggest which is good ink for refilling.

which product you are using,please mention the company name so we can buy correct suction tool

@shubham gupta other processes are not scientific and harmful. for example.... vacum suction pipe can be used, but it will damage the cartridge. if you think you will need not suction tool, it is not possible.

I filled the color catridge with 3ml of magenta, the ink came out of the hole :/ I used suction tool to empty the ink and went on to fill cyan and yellow with 1ml to each holes! it went good but after sometime the ink was leaking at the tip of the circuit! I think the ink was there too much in inside! I put the catridge back to printer and checked the ink level, the color one was showing only ~25% :/ I inserted the magenta ink of 1ml again and 0.5ml cyan and yellow to each hole, then used suction tool, put back the catridge to printer! the ink level was still at ~25% :/ Now, I thought putting more ink would increase the ink level! if try to put more ink the ink leaks out from the nozzle of the catridge circuit and from the hole I use to fill ink! :/ what should I do? :(

sir, Is there any alternative for original HP 678 colour cartridge for refiling purpose for 1515 hp printer? i have checked out all available products for refilling like Turbo Refill Kit for HP ,maxin's mahalaxmi, Dubaria....i failed to justify either it will work or not .........in this regard i need your help....plz check the issue ...soon and get me with sollution mukesh parihar..
