I'd recommend purchasing it from the States like I did. I might take a while to get to you, but it will arrive eventually. The guy (Andy) whom I dealt with was very helpful. My first order didn't arrive, but when I informed him 4 months later I was still waiting for it, he dispatched another order free of charge and that one arrived 3 months later. I can't speak for other suppliers, but this dye I got from seat doctors has proven to be the right thing for me. The color match is perfect and the quality is very good. It's designed to bond and stretch with the leather and with the resolene clear coat protecting it, it is proving to be a good choice.

Hey there - get hold of Andy Richards via their contact us page and ask him if it was dispatched and if you can have the tracking number. I know he uses UPS which is very slow. It took six months for mine to get to SA, but it shouldn't take that long if you live in the states ;)

I'm afraid not unless you have some sort of box plugged into your head unit like the Android Auto box. However, they don't make Android Auto boxes for the older models yet.
