I like how theyve ordered "Check your bike" before "Check yourself" first.

Perfect timing. Watched Blake's pumptrack video, went to the pumptrack, crashed and lost some skin (and a lot of confidence)

Had my worst crash a few months back right before winter hit. Major concussion, dislocated shoulder, the works... wasn’t able to get back on the bike all winter and just slowly getting back to full speed. This video was great!

As I tell my kids, the only 100% sure way to not fall off your bike is to not ride a bike. Ride. Crash. Learn. Repeat.

Got loads of hematoma due to crashing when I started biking a few months ago. And now, I'm glad to say that I can go home and complete the ride without crashing or injury. Thanks to my trainor-my husband👏

Thanks for this video! Broke 4 ribs and bruised lung during a crash last fall. Gradually regaining my confidence but still have flashbacks when approaching jumps and obstacles

I definitely know all about crashes and the coma and all was rough but I am at 89% back. All the therapies and stuff shows their meaning and how much they’re worth. Great video !

I only crash when I act tough for other people 😂

My first OTB accident left me with a broken AC joint. I was back on the bike one week later...(don't tell my therapist LOL)...but I seriously avoided that area for a long time. Glaring and spitting at it everytime I rode within sight of it. But plenty of downhill and techy stuff for weeks in other spots and presto...I still avoid that area. LOL

Sooo true! Just recovered from a rooty off-camber ankle banger of a crash a month ago. It has inspired me to get MTB shoes that protect my ankles better for sure.

Step 1: before you crash make sure your go pro is on

My first crash when I just started mountain biking was on my first ride and messed my ankle up so bad I had trouble walking for around 4 months and pain for about 8. The thing that got me confident enough to take it back to a trail was first riding on gravel and paved trails. The anxiety of riding again after that was tough to get over. Biggest mistake I think was allowing myself to get out of shape; I should have bought a trainer. I still try avoiding trails with a lot of roots though XD

Just crashed yesterday. Bruised hip and a nice shin shiner from the gear. Also, it was my first time without a helmet on the trail. The universe had to remind me why we should always wear our helmets.

#1 thing that's always helped me -- if I crash doing something, I try it again immediately (within reasonable risk of safety). Nothing's worse than having the last jump/drop/berm/rock garden on your mind be a failure.

Hey actually had a massive mtb crash and broke my ankle AND my hand and tore some ligaments….Had two operations and I’m kind of recovering…I am literally scared to death to get back on my bike, meanwhile I’ve been servicing and washing it to make sure everything works perfectly for the next time I might go riding…Loved the vid and big thanks to y’all at gmbn giving me some entertainment while I’m disabled!!!
