Injuries suck. But if you don't tackle them head-on, you can end up with issues that linger for weeks, months, or even years.
But you don't need to outsource your recovery to a medical professional that's trapped in an insurance based rehab model.
This four part series will walk you through the principles you need for a full recovery. We build on the process with Phase 2: Day 1-7.
Of course, those days are a general guideline. But the point is that this is the beginning of your rehab process. Your goal is to establish movement and restore confidence in your body. You'll likely do a lot of resting, grounding, hot/cold exposure, and massage this week. But you'll also begin to load the tissue little by little.

its a nuonced problem... curently i think inhave hip.issues or that aria. whatever it is.. after knowing rehab from.my last injury.. its not scary at all.. its just tediouse.. and trial and error based to a degree.. tried fascial release like most of the time.. realised i need bloodflow type stuff and exactly no fascial release with tools... these things take a bit to figure out sometimes... but u are right.. punching the clock and doing active recovars stuff at your levle is where its at
