They key in overcoming stress is by directly addressing the issue. Identifying what caused it and implement strategies to reduce stress.

It’s strange but I can eat normal during the day but when I get off work at 11 PM I come home and can eat 1000 cal. I’m so stressed out after work that I use food to relax. It’s so upsetting and I can’t seem to change.
