This video is how to remove the engine from a 196cc Baja Heat mini bike. The same process applies to the Baja Warrior mini bikes as well. Most of these bikes are marketed as a "200cc" engine but in reality they come with the 196cc engine.
Special thanks to Jerred and Andy, (my boys, grown men actually) for making this video for the channel. I've got to say it was more fun to watch someone else work and just talk about it! Andy operated the camera while Jerred turned wrenches. I'm sure we'll see more of these two in upcoming segments.
Jerred's tip on the tiny Neodymium magnets is a good one. They're small enough to stick on the end of an extension and still fit nicely inside a socket. These little magnets are very strong and will hold a bolt or nut in place while you start it on the end of the extension/socket. This comes in very handy for hard to reach areas and also works as a retrieval tool for small bolts or other metal objects that accidentally get dropped into tight spots. Thanks Jerred!
I can also see a drop of JB weld holding one of these small Neodymium magnets to a drain plug..... Experiment coming!!
