I experienced that broken spark plug on my lancer glxi 96 mdl car. I used a screw extractor tool to remove half part of the spark plug....just be carefull in removing it, used the right tools to avoid further problem.....just sharing my experienced...
Thank you I'm dealing with similar problem but in my case the ceramic and rod pc still inside the broken spark plug any suggestions. On how to approach the ceramic and rod pc to be able to get the stractor in there.
maybe try to rig up a shop vac and tape a small drink straw to it so it will get shavings. you can drill the ceramic all the way out. a drill bit the size of ceramic. the vacuum should suck it out as you drill with low pressure. blow out the cylinder with air and if anything falls in it. use a larger straw or what ever you can get ahold of to suck and pieces out that fall down in opening. as a last measure run it without a plug and it may shoot out anything you missed.
always! this truck in particular had sit a long time. I went to take out another after soaking it repeatedly. It broke as well! Needless to say it was gone. To much work to find out if it was going to actually run. Truck was rough condition.
@@Zacpactv I got a 1994 Chevy dump truck 5 speed,4 wheel drive only as 56,000 miles very clean only bad thing was these spark plugs because it’s been sitting for 5 years
Heat wount do it any good at all.never use heat on the engine it get to hot fire or damage motor u must knock out center of plug to get a gd bite with easyout or it wount come out
Been trying get mine out for weeks 5.4 to value number 5 cly no way get a hit on it with ford's firewall in way to get a easyout in there sux man got brake the porcline it's a job way down in that 2000 5.4 motor
