To break the bead, either:
1. Pay your local tire shop.
2. Use this method:
Once you get the hang of it you can do this in about 3 minutes. The first one took me 10, the second 8, the third 5, the last one about 3 minutes.
A - Position jack (pro tip - put jack near a spoke not a hole; run the straps through the hole equidistant from where the jack touches the tire.
B - Strap.
C - Ratchet tight the strap.
D - Raise jack until bead breaks.
You're done. Next, either use multiple crowbars to remove tire or do what I did, pry the tire out a bit and cut the band with a metal cutting blade on your sawzall. This takes about another 2 minutes to do both sides if you have a decent blade.
You can do this by yourself. My daughter just likes to hang out so I let her operate the jack. But it can be done alone easily.
