We need more clear videos like this out there! I do a lot of printer calls for my job on various printers so guides like this save a lot of time, knowing exactly what I'm doing before I arrive.

It would have been very helpful if you had talked during this so we would have known the parts you were changing.

My M521 stopped working. It wont turn on. I tried pulling the power cord for ten minutes. Does this mean I need a fuser? I have no power going to the control panel. THX

Брал 521 мфу за 50 000 отпечатал 20 листов и сломался в тот же день отдали на замену его забрали на ремонт и катают 2 месяца ни деньги вернуть ни починить . И это подряд второй мфу такой. Совести нету.

This guy is so rough and shaky. I wouldn't want him working on any of my equipment.
