How to Remove Jammed Paper (Epson ET-2750/ET-2850/L4260) NPD5837 

Thank you for a clear and concise explanation. I was delighted to learn that I did not need to use a screwdriver to take things apart or call Epson technical support as the message on the machine read.

I have the epson ET-2720 and my printer does not have side slots to open the top. mine is a 2020 model

It looks very easy for ET-2750 to open the backside. But I have an ET-2550 and there is no apparent way to open the back, where I believe must be some paper left that i couldn't get out. The instructions in the manual, which I found online, are also useless. The paper teared when I tried to remove it, it was totally stuck. So there is something still left in the back or some sensor is messed up. The printer continues to signal a paper jam, even after I unplugged and waited a while before starting it again. Now what?

I have the ET-2820 and the lid only opens a little bit for some reason. Open a little flap at the front, then lift up the sides. But it only opens a little, which makes it harder to do anything inside.

after watching this i feel like an idiot lmao i forgot there was a back to the printer that i could remove. great video!

all the videos show depressions to put the fingers in, on each side to lift the top and places to depress to open the back , my 2720 has no such drepressions. so how do I open it, either from the front or the back ??????????

I love this printer because I can print things from my phone which is super convenient!

I have an Epson ET-2850 and it says there may be torn paper in printer preventing it from working. I removed paper from rear of machine and there appears to be no more paper jammed. Machine still is inoperable and says there may be paper or foreign material inside printer. HELP please

double side autmoatically. prints one side and then pritns the other side by itsleff. no need to flit the page over by yourself, so far an amazin printer. any question, just ask

The rear paper feeding design is the source of most problems. It is really an absurd design rather than adopting the prevalent design of front feeding like the HP. The rear feeding makes the papers more prone to dust which causes more ensuing problems in printing. The sloping position of the paper feed also makes a downward continuous pull of paper into the printer, coupled with the sucking force of paper into the printer during printing, improper positioning of paper occurs much more easily. I remember the days when I could print hundreds of papers at one go with my old HP B/W laser printer. But when upgraded to this Epson L4260 color inkjet, nightmare occurred when I have to frequently clear jammed papers. OMG, is it still too difficult to design a good printer nowadays? I already can tolerate the somewhat awkward print/scan software of Epson, like that of 20 years back from now.

The jammed paper is removed and I can get the first page of a two-page document printed and then, consistently, the second page is jamming. This video is not helping with my issue. If anyone is monitoring these comments from Epson or has had the same problem and resolved it, please reply!!! I've not even had this printer for a year!!

None of the videos have helped me either. I cannot get my printer to print letter size, it will only print 4x6 (even on letter size paper!) This shouldn’t be so hard!

Where are the instructions for when there is a torn peice of paper jamed in the printer? It totally ate up the paper and upon removing it not it did indeed tear. Now I can see the paper but it's inside in an area I cannot reach with anything. Now all it does grind and rivet….It's the absolut worst printer I've ever owned! I will never buy another Epson.
