In this video, I remove the wiper motor assembly in the Jeep JK. I did this to replace the wiper motor.
The first issue I had, was the wipers were not indexing properly. I cleaned out a glob of grease that was on the contacts, and that solved that issue. However, the nest time it rained, I think the motor got wet, and started making a terrible grinding noise.
I tried to lubricate it, but that didn't work. I ended up replacing the motor, and now all is well.
