When I go to that policy page I also see under “policy precedence” and the policy value says “platform machine > cloud machine > platform user > cloud user” did the people that hacked me do this too?

@@UniqueTutorials I've noticed another thing though When I check into manage search engines and site search, it shows Bing in search engine with a Google logo and there it still shows this setting is managed by your administrator... Any fix to this would also be appreciated!
hello bro there isnt anything that says incognito in the policies but it say ExtensionInstallAllowlist ExtensionInstallForcelist im pretty sure i got hacked and i dont know how to remove it, my wifi has been alot slow too ppls help

Try signing out your Google account if you are using Google account in your chrome web browser and check if the managed by your organization is showing or not.
