basic hacksaw: amzn.to/3gXrAg9
Nicer hacksaw: amzn.to/3x1old3
Channel lock pliers: amzn.to/3xSPS0k
My Drill (I have had this 4 years dropped multiple times-still works!): amzn.to/2P1jibY
One of my rentals had a hose that wouldn't come lose. Tenant had "tried" unsuccessfully. Just grab a cheap hacksaw and cut it off. BE CAREFUL not to cut threads of actual water spigot. This is very easy to do...once you get mostly through use a screwdriver or some other flat edge and pry off. This job will take less than 5 minutes!

I have watched several videos about how to remove a stuck hose, and you're the only person to point out the need to support the hose bib with another set of channel locks! Thank you.

Only included it because I have been known to make a job a lot harder by making stupid mistakes. I was very paranoid about busting the copper pipe on this one. Glad it helped.

I shot it w PB Blaster with no luck. This is a rental so hacksaw was quickest solution. Possibly numerous applications of the PB or CLR might work. Sorry I don’t have a better answer

I hate when the answer is so obvious yet I didn't think about it lol! On my last visit to Phoenix, I noticed a lot of homes have swamp coolers, do they actually work to cool the whole house and are the substantially more energy efficient than an ac unit?
@how2q
@how2q 2 года назад
Ha they are not the most efficient only because they don’t pump out the cold air like a traditional ac unit. Only can do so much.
